chapter 1 - waking up
Thinking of your distant partner, use the camera in the kit to take photographs of anything around you that reminds you of your partner and how you feel. Write a letter to your partner with the letter pad titled, Chapter One in your kit. Tell them how you feel in relation to the present moment and distance.

chapter 2 - journey
Your meeting will take place at 4pm at the location on the map. Capture your journey from home to the meeting place. Take photographs and write about any sounds/ music, smells or feelings you experience on your way.

chapter 3 - experience
Begin by laying on the bed and wearing the ring. As you relax and think about your partner, gently move your hand around your body. These movements are traced on your own body as well as your partner laying in the other bed. Twinkling spots give a hint of where your partner is drawing. If you follow your partner’s movements and your strokes cross, the lines will react with each other and reflect your synchrony.

chapter 4 - reflection
Write a second letter to your partner with the letter pad titled, Chapter four in your kit. Thinking of your distant partner, tell them how you feel in relation to the present moment and distance.
